Positive: The lounge and dining space was a good size for our group of 8 and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The main bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Well positioned for public transport access.
Negative: Decor was ‘tired’ and the rooms smelt of stale smoke. There was not a 3rd bedroom as cited - it was an uncomfortable double bed on a landing overlooking the kitchen and tucked behind gym equipment and a screen - not conducive to good sleep. Local area felt ‘edgy’ ( would not have liked to walk on my own). We asked for some tea towels and the response the next day was for us to buy some - not great customer service. The checkin access details were very clear but only from the garage ( if you parked a car) - we were on foot and had to work out how to get in through the main door.
Summary: Some good aspects some very poor aspects - overall sadly disappointing
